The living areas in this first-floor apartment consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with double oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice-box, washer/dryer, dishwasher and TV, a dining area with corner sofa and table and a sitting room with sofa bed and Juliet balcony. There is one king-size bedroom with TV, Juliet balcony and en-suite bathroom. Outside there is an allocated parking space for one car, and private, shared gardens with lawn, shed for sailing storage, swimming pool and a private pontoon for guests bringing their own boat. Shop opposite, pub adjacent and beach 0.9 miles. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 24 The Salcombe is an idyllic setting for a romantic coastal getaway in Devon.
