IMPORTANT: This property is not a tourist apartment or tourist accommodation. It is offered exclusively under a seasonal rental regime, for temporary stays of medium or long duration, in accordance with article 3.2 of the Urban Leasing Law (LAU). Tenants must enter into a seasonal rental agreement, indicating the duration and temporary reason for the stay.



Located on Alcalá Street, next to the emblematic Ventas area, this apartment is situated in one of Madrid's most dynamic and well-connected areas. Just a few minutes away is the Las Ventas Bullring. The area boasts an excellent range of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafés, as well as wide avenues and nearby green spaces such as the Quinta de la Fuente del Berro Park.



Furthermore, the property is located next to the M-30, one of Madrid's main ring roads, which facilitates quick access to both the city centre and other areas as well as the airport. It also has excellent public transport connections, with several nearby metro and bus lines, which guarantees excellent mobility.

To bear in mind:



Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 70 EUR that must be paid in cash.



For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.



Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.
