The Cibeles de Luxe apartments in Madrid are undoubtedly the best choice to enjoy the best part of the city.
Bright and spacious, welcoming and impeccably decorated, this magnificent apartment invites you to stay the moment you enter.
It is located in a lively area, full of services, bars, restaurants, museums and theatres.
Steeped in culture and history, very close to the Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum, ICO Museum of Art and Architecture Exhibitions, Circle of Fine Arts and, of course, the Cibeles Fountain, Cortes is one of the most traditional neighbourhoods in the city, just a few metres from the Banco de España and Sevilla metro stations.
The apartment:
This bright and comfortable apartment is located in a completely renovated building with a lift, has an area of 200 m², and can accommodate 9 people.
It has four bedrooms. The main bedroom with a king-size bed, two bedrooms with two single beds in each of them, and another bedroom with a double bed. In the living room, there is a single sofa bed. In total, there are 3 full bathrooms with a shower, one of them en suite in the main bedroom.
Entering, you will be able to enjoy a tastefully decorated lounge, with a comfortable sofa and a lovely living area next to a dining room, with an independent kitchen from the lounge, equipped with everything necessary, high-end appliances included: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron, hairdryer, underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout the accommodation.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.
This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park less than 200 metres from the apartment.
To be taken into account:
We inform you that due to the City Council carrying out minor works on Madrazo Street, it remains closed to traffic. These works do not cause disturbing noise in the accommodation. The works will remain active until further notice, thank you for your understanding.
This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Law (LAU). Tourist stays are not permitted.
The guest must prove the reason for their stay (for example, temporary transfer for work, studies, medical treatments, caring for a relative, etc.) and, in addition, will sign a seasonal lease contract upon arrival.
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard
