Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the apartment’s great location and found it convenient for everything you wanted to do, and that the space itself was cute and well equipped for your stay. We’re very sorry to hear that the stairs were challenging for your mother after long days of walking—especially since comfort and accessibility are so important when traveling. We also regret that noise from neighboring units impacted your experience. Those are both important concerns, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. Your comments are very helpful and will be shared with our team so we can better set expectations for future guests and look for ways to improve comfort. Thank you again for staying with Lucky Savannah. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again under better circumstances. The Lucky Team
