Welcome to historic Savannah! Our updated and newly renovated home is in prime downtown location and just two blocks from Forsyth Park. Our home has an open concept floor plan, with plenty of room for dining, cooking, entertaining or just relaxing. The spacious open floor plan allows for an abundance of natural light and plenty of built in storage. Enjoy the views of the amazing city on your private balcony while enjoying your morning coffee or watching the sunset at night!

Great place to stay. Only draw backs are it is on the 3rd floor (which we knew but was tough after a long day of walking). It is an older building & everytime the porch door was opened it created a vacuum & our rental door rattled. Spooked us a little but its a great place to stay!

Very clean and great communication from the house! The neighborhood is quiet and also close access to restaurants and other popular areas in Savannah! It was a nice retreat and enjoyed my stay!

Open and spacious

Great location, beautiful, light streamed unit. Spaces for privacy, decorated tastefully with open floor plan. Large bathroom with lots of cubbies to store toiletries. Host was responsive.

Quick stay

Good location not far from Forsyth park and Chatham Square. Plenty of parking yet short walk to popular places. Stayed with my college freshman daughter and would stay here again.

The Best & Cutest

Had a quick vacation with some girls from work. The condo was beautiful and clean. The host was responsive and wonderful. We loved every minute of our trip and will definitely be back again! Had no issues whatsoever. Above and beyond 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

Great place!

We went for a quick 3 day trip. The place was clean, quiet and close to everything. The unit we stayed in was unit C, top floor. If you are thinking of staying there make sure you know what unit you will be in because there is no elevator. It wasn’t that big a deal for us but it could be for someone else. Street parking was always available and there is one private spot on the back of the house which we did have to use one night as the city sweeps different sides of the streets on different nights between 3am and 6am. The host Jake, communicated everything we needed to know and responded fairly quickly when I had a question. Would definitely stay there again!

Cute space inside. Outside neighborhood was not the best. So instead of walking we would Uber to get closer to downtown. Also had to carry luggage up three flights of stairs because this is on the 3rd floor. Property manager though was very responsive and great to work with.

Last minute getaway!

The owner described the property perfectly! It was just my husband & myself but we like to spread out! The owner Jake kept in touch with us during our stay to make sure everything was OK. Was a short walk to Forsyth Park & we made full of the free DOT buses that run around Savannah were easily accesssible around the Park. Would definitely recommend this vacation rental! Thanks Jake

The owner was very accommodating. Because of the hurricane we only needed a room for one night and he allowed us to do that with an early check in. Location is great. We enjoyed our stay

Wonderful place!

Our 18m old twins loved all the space to run around. We walked to the park and walked to river street. It was 1.2 miles but we were there in less than 20 min. It is on the 3rd floor and no elevator but that did not bother us. Kitchen had everything we needed. We did not find parking a problem at all. Just read the signs of where to park! Outdoor balcony was nice to, great place to sit out and enjoy a cocktail.

Clean and cute

We enjoyed our stay here tremendously! We noticed a few minor issues after we got there, none of which effected our stay, and let the manager know, who immediately offered to have them fixed. Since the issues were so minor we opted to leave them for our stay.

Lovely family getaway

Although we only spent one night, it was so good for the soul. The kiddos loved their nook with the twin beds and we enjoyed having a cocktail on the balcony in the gorgeous Savannah evening. We can’t wait to return!

The Forsyth fountain is one of Savannah's most well known symbols. In addition to Forsyth Park, you are just a short walk to the Landmark District. With its grand historic homes, and sprawling oak trees draped with Spanish moss. Continue on over to Broughton Street, where the serious shopper will find small thrift shops nestled amongst brand name retailers. Whether its clothing, home furnishings or jewelry, you'll be sure to find it on Broughton Street. Don't forget to check out River Street as well. Here you'll discover some of Savannah's most charming shops and restaurants along the cobblestone streets overlooking the Savannah River. Craving some beach time? Just 15 miles east of the historic district sits Tybee Island, a relaxing island with 5 miles of stretching public beach perfect for sunbathing, jogging, biking or sailing. Wile on Tybee, don't forget to take a few surf lessons and then wind down at night with a sunset tour dolphin adventure. Savannah has so much to offer and our home is the perfect location to do it all!
