The Luxury 3 Bed is a quality sleeps 8 holiday Home with contemporary features. With one double bedroom with en suite W.C., two twin bedrooms and additional sleeping in the living area on the sofa bed. The living area is spacious with a comfy corner sofa, flatscreen tv and a lovely fireplace making it perfect for those cosy nights in. The kitchen and dining area is Open-planned and has all the utilities required to make breakfast, lunch and dinner and is also perfectly designed so that all friends and family can still enjoy each others company whilst cooking as the dining table is within the kitchen area. Outside you have your own decking area with extra space furniture, ideal for enjoying a morning cuppa or indulging in a family meal under the stars at night. No Pets.

Just out of the gate at the bottom of the park you’ll come across some marvellous wildlife such as the New Forest ponies, ducks, geese and owls, and if you are lucky you may catch a glimpse of the deer taking a drink at the lake. The park itself has a range of features that will delight, from the cafe and pizzeria to the park shop and a host of exceptional ranger activities. You can hire a bike or have a go on one of the segways, you could try archery or target shooting (*please note some activities are seasonal and may carry an extra charge). There is also a children’s play area and fishing lake (permit required).
