I really can't complain, For the price, it's not meant to be extravagant, The location is fantastic—right near the train station, shopping areas, and Lidl, This is my third time staying here during my yearly visit to Offenburg, It's a solid choice for the price, A simple hotel, perfect for short visits or if you don’t have a car,

While some of the reception staff could have been a bit warmer, we had a mostly pleasant stay, When our son mentioned a plumbing issue with the toilet, it took a little while for maintenance to arrive, but they were ultimately helpful, After some time, we were moved to a different room, which was a relief, Our son did have to make a trip back from a wedding to handle the move, but the kitchen staff were delightful and made up for any hiccups, Overall, a nice experience!
