There's really nothing to complain about, For the price, you can't expect anything fancy, I appreciate the location, just a short walk from the train station, shops, and Lidl, This is my third time staying here during my yearly visit to Offenburg, It's a fantastic deal for the money, The hotel is quite basic, making it perfect for short visits or if you don't have a car,

While some of the reception staff could have been more welcoming, we had an overall pleasant experience, Our son mentioned a leak in the bathroom, and although it took a little while for maintenance to arrive, they were eventually very helpful, They moved us to a new room after addressing the issue, which we appreciated, It was a bit of a hassle for him to switch rooms during a wedding reception, but the staff handled it well, The kitchen team, in particular, was fantastic and made our stay enjoyable,
