Nice stay. It's was a great thing that we could check in early and put our bag in a room on our last day so that we can visit the city shoulders-free. The room is clean and warm. It even come with a kettle, it was cozy to boil our tea when coming back in the evening.

I can't think of anything negative to say, For the price, it's exactly what you'd expect, The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station, shops, and Lidl, This is my third time staying here during my yearly visit to Offenburg, It's a great deal for the money, Perfect for a quick getaway or if you don't have a car,

While some of the reception staff could have been a bit more welcoming, we had a mostly pleasant experience, My son mentioned to the reception that there was an issue with the toilet, which was leaking and had an unpleasant odor, Unfortunately, it took a while for maintenance to respond, and they weren’t fully briefed on the situation initially, After about 24 hours, they were able to relocate us to a different room, which was a bit inconvenient as my son had to return from a wedding to pack up his things, On a brighter note, the majority of the staff were quite friendly, especially those in the kitchen who made our dining experience enjoyable,
