IMPORTANT
❗️Construction work will take place at the house from August 18, 2025, to (expected) End of October 2025. So before you book, be aware that our house will be decorated with scaffolding and that during the day there will be workers working on the site 😊❗️

115m2 for you and your loved ones to enjoy a peaceful break. The apartment is located half below the ground (a "souterrain"-apartment) with spacious rooms that offer ample space to relax. A desk and fast Wi-Fi also allow you to check your emails or work remotely while on vacation.


Room layout:
- large living and dining room with a sofa bed, desk, and table football as a highlight
- a fully equipped built-in kitchen with oven grill, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, and tumble dryer (NO FREEZER)
- Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom
- Bedroom no. 2 with 2 single beds and mirror wall (there is the possibility for an additional bed)
- a guest bathroom

The apartment is located directly on the Rhine promenade, which invites you to take leisurely strolls, with sports activities and playgrounds within walking distance.
At the nearby campsite, you can visit the campsite restaurant and buy fresh bread in the morning at the kiosk.
In just a few minutes (of walking), you can cross the "passerelle de deux rives" and enter France, where you can explore the metropolis of Strasbourg. You can also take the tram directly into the city center and easily combine a visit to the old town with shopping.
By car, you gain even more mobility and can marvel at the picturesque towns and the natural beauty of the Rhine Valley, the Black Forest, and the Vosges Mountains, or plan a day trip to the Europa-Park.

Very nice place. Clean, many amenities, very quiet and close to Strasbourg. Loved the foosball table. Would definitely stay there again.

L’appartement était comme sur les photos, et très bien équipé . Nous avons apprécié l’espace et la propreté, le calme de la localisation, la proximité de Strasbourg. Notre fille de 10ans a adoré avoir un canapé dans sa chambre, pouvoir faire la roue dans le salon, et jouer au babyfoot. Le contact avec la propriétaire était agréable et efficace.

Unser Urlaub war sehr ruhig und erholsam.Die liebe Gastgeberin mit ihrer Familie war uns entgegenkommend ohne sich aufzudrängen. Es bestand schon vor Urlaubsbeginn ein kreativer Austausch, unter anderem um eventuell auftretender Barrierearmut entgegen zu kommen.Wir konnten die Rheinpromenade umgehend zu Fuß erreichen. Genießer für Spaziergänge ist der Park am Ufer mit einem kleinen Fitness Parcours und Wasserspielen auch für Kinder auf dem Weg zur Brücke über den Rhein (Passerelle des Deux Rives - deutsch Brücke der zwei Ufer als Fußweg).Es lohnt sich auch, die extra Staßenbahn aus dem naheliegenden Stadtzentrum von Kehl nach Straßbourg über die nächste Brücke zu fahren, entgegen jeder Art von Parkproblemen.Eine einladendes Restaurant im angrenzenden, Campingplatz ist zu empfehlen. Wir waren einige Male dort zu Gast.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Vielen Dank auch für die gerade reifen Mirabellen aus dem eigenen Garten vom Gastwirt.Liebe Grüße aus Sachsen von Familie R.

Mühevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung im Souterrain. Es hat nichts gefehlt, sogar Basis-Verbrauchsmaterialien wie Zucker und Öl, sogar Kaffee, sind vorhanden (kenne ich in einer FeWo so nicht). Sehr netter freundlicher Empfang und Kommunikation. Direkt hinter der Rheinpromenade am Anfang des alten Gartenschaugeländes.Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Aus unserer Sicht sehr zu empfehlen.
