Very homey feel, beds are comfortable, decor is relaxing, kitchen stocked with necessities. Had a couple issues but maintenance took care of it immediately. Very satisfied and will book again next year!

Wonderful!

This Penthouse was decorated so beautifully, was spacious, and in pristine condition. We enjoyed the outdoor patio, and my family couldn't stop raving about how much they liked the unit. Theresa had o-u-t-s-t-a-n-d-i-n-g communication as well. We needed something small and she responded and took care of it immediately! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful and comfy!

The property was just right for our group. My friend and her 14 yr old son and my 14 yr old son and me. They bugged us all summer for a Universal trip. We finally planned for their fall break and this Vista Cay unit was just right. Us moms has our own separate king bedrooms and the boys shared the room with two double beds. The location was perfect and the amenities of the condo and the property checked all of the boxes! Would definitely stay here again!

Great property!

We thought the condo was gorgeous! It was very clean and well taken care of. We had an issue with the deadbolt and the maintenance guy came so quickly. Lin Chapmans properties is my first choice!!

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms are Big and everything is modern. Only thing ceiling fan in 2 bed room did not work. Master bedroom ceiling fan or even the light did not work. Everything els was great.

Modern, Clean and close to everything

Thank you. My family had a wonderful stay. The condo was immaculate and finished to a high level of quality. There was ample space for our family. The kitchen was well appointed and included some luxuries such as a milk frother! It was also a rare pleasure to find knives that actually cut! It was nice to have a smart tv so we could access Netflix, particularly when my youngest had a fever and stayed home from the parks sick. I was also amazed at how close everything was to the condo. A quick drive to Universal, Disney, SeaWorld, the malls etc. And with a grocery store and a Walgreens right around the corner, everything was so very convenient. Thank you for a wonderful home base for our family vacation. We hope to come again!

Wonderful!

Everything was great. Plenty of space, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and a perfect location. We spent 2 days at Disney and 2 days at Universal with our 3 kids and couldn’t have had more comfortable accommodations. We would recommend this condo and would stay here again!

The unit was beautiful, clean and very modern. Great central location to everything.

Lin was a fabulous host. My family and I arrived into Orlando earlier that day and upon reaching out to Lin to see if we would be able check in a little earlier, she was very accommodating in allowing us to check in as soon as the cleaning crew was done with the unit.

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.
