Our home has been professionally decorated and designed, and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible. This stylishly furnished vacation home has many small personal touches and amenities that will make your stay like a home away from home. You will love coming home to this comfortable and well-appointed condo after a long day at the parks or conventions.

A small Dog under 25 lbs can be accommodated for a nightly Pet fee. Please inquire with host.

THE SPACE
Open-plan living room with comfortable seating area and 55" Smart TV offers unobstructed views to distant downtown Orlando. A dining area is just off the fully-equipped kitchen where you will find everything you might need for a quick breakfast to dinner for 6. There is also additional seating at the bar so the cook can chat with family and friends.

BED & BATH
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; 2 spacious king bedrooms with plush, pillow-top mattresses plus a 3rd bedroom with 2 double beds. All bedrooms have flatscreen TVs and ceiling fans. A full-size washer and dryer in the unit means you can pack light and save suitcase space for outlet shopping!

We are super excited that the new Epic Universe Theme Park has opened across the street. However, the new park has brought a lot of growth to the area, and there are several construction projects around our resort. We want to be transparent about this and have also discounted the rate to compensate.

DIGITAL GUIDE
We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, it is in your House Manual, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.

LOCATION
Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.

We aim to make your stay the best possible, so don't hesitate to contact us at any time with any needs you may have before or during your stay. In the unlikely event that circumstances necessitate us to change the property confirmed on your reservation, we will seek to relocate your reservation to a property of a similar or superior standard within our available inventory.
