Tucked into the peaceful pine-clad hills of Las Colinas, Villa Estela is a delightful Mediterranean hideaway built for lazy poolside days, alfresco dinners and family fun in the sunshine.
A set of stairs or the sloped driveway brings you to the entrance, where sunlight spills into a bright open plan living and dining space. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto the front terrace, where your morning coffee comes with views across the hills. There are three bedrooms on this level, including a master suite with direct access to the pool. Upstairs, a huge open-plan family room offers flexible accommodation, complete with its own bathroom, a private terrace and portable air conditioning.
Outside, the saltwater pool sits at the centre of it all, flanked by sun loungers, a ping-pong table, and shady spots to relax. To one side of the house, a 35m² terrace with a built-in barbecue and covered dining area becomes the heart of mealtimes, and for energetic youngsters, there’s a trampoline, basketball hoop, swing set, and a large open space to run about.
Despite its tranquil setting, Villa Estela is just a fifteen-minute drive from the lively resort of Sitges, with its bustling beaches, vibrant dining scene and cultural charm. Surrounded by vineyards, hiking trails, and beautiful views, the villa blends peaceful seclusion with easy access to all the fun and flavour of the region.

Location:

Villa Estela is located in the tranquil, wooded hills of Las Colinas, just inland from the golden beaches and whitewashed façades of Sitges. This area is renowned for its pine forests, mountain air and serene atmosphere, a world away from the crowds, yet only a 15-minute scenic drive from the energy of the coast. Here, the sounds of nature replace the buzz of the beach, but when you're ready to rejoin the bustle, you’ll find cafés, boutiques and sandy stretches all within easy reach.


The road to Sitges winds through rolling vineyards and sleepy Catalan villages, offering glimpses of local life and spectacular views along the way. Once in town, Sitges bursts with character. Known for its film festivals, flamboyant Carnival, and vibrant LGBTQ+ community, this is a town that knows how to celebrate. Families will find calm, shallow beaches ideal for kids, while older guests can dip into the town’s historic quarter, boutique shopping, or elegant seafood restaurants on the promenade.


Closer to the villa, the Garraf Natural Park provides countless walking and biking trails through a rugged Mediterranean landscape of limestone peaks and fragrant pine. The area is also well-equipped for sport and adventure lovers, with tennis courts, paddleboarding, windsurfing and sailing all accessible nearby. For foodies, local wineries and rustic restaurants serve up Catalan delicacies, from grilled meats and pa amb tomàquet to award-winning Cava. 
Barcelona is less than an hour away by car, perfect for a day trip of museums, Gaudí, markets and tapas. But even closer, charming villages like Sant Pere de Ribes offer a more laid-back alternative, with historic buildings, local bakeries and family-run eateries.

The Property is supplied with 1 set of bed linen and towels per guest (1 shower and 1 hand towel and where applicable 1 pool towel) at no additional charge, unless otherwise specified. Additional changes may be requested at the following rates:

- €15 per single bed set;

- €25 per double bed set;

- €10 per towel set;

A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies. 

Requests for additional linen or towels will be delivered the following day, subject to availability. Please note that extra linen will be delivered, but beds will not be changed. If guests wish to have the linen changed, a minimum of 3 hours of cleaning service must be booked.

On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €50 per pet will apply, payable with the balance payment. Please enquire during the booking process. All conditions imposed by the owner must be followed. Charges may apply for breaching any house rules, extra cleaning, damage or sanitisation costs.

Please note that air conditioning is only featured in the living room and upstairs family bedroom (portable unit).
