In Villasimius, in the private area of Santo Stefano, one of the most charming corners of south-eastern Sardinia, Villa Laura is a home that needs no explanation: you simply arrive and know you are in the right place.

It unfolds over two levels set within a meticulously maintained garden. The main floor hosts Villa Laura, while the semi-basement level, enhanced by its independent access from the private garden, reveals the Sea Garden Suite: two independent spaces connected by the same quiet atmosphere, designed to share time together without giving up privacy.

The architecture recalls Mediterranean homes shaped by light: soft volumes, rounded walls, chimneys drawn against the sky, small stylized openings and green doors that feel hand-traced rather than built. Sunlight glides across the white surfaces throughout the day, creating delicate shadows and a natural sense of freshness.

Villa Laura is not another house that “tells the story of Sardinia” through themed objects or explicit decorations. It doesn’t need to: the architecture, the setting and the sea view already do so authentically. The chosen design and furnishings accompany rather than imitate, working by subtraction, legance, freshness and balance become the atmosphere of the home, leaving the landscape the leading role.

Here the sea is not a backdrop but a constant presence. Just a few steps from the property you reach the water, while from the porch the view opens unobstructed toward the horizon: days begin with light and end with the sound of waves, between slow breakfasts and sunset aperitifs.

Villa Laura welcomes guests with intimate and simple spaces: entrance, dining area, equipped kitchen, two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) and two charming furnished loggias, one facing the living area and one by the kitchen, inviting moments of pure relaxation between the scent of the sea and a panorama that changes every hour. From sunrise to sunset every corner offers magical glimpses, whether enjoying a morning coffee or a breathtaking evening sky. The property also features private parking and an outdoor shower, perfect after returning from the sea.

The Sea Garden Suite offers a living room with kitchenette, a furnished outdoor dining porch, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and two bathrooms with shower: an intimate and independent space, ideal for guests or families seeking greater autonomy.

Thanks to its quiet, sheltered location and the layout of its spaces, Villa Laura and its dependance are perfectly suited both for family holidays with children and for couples looking for relaxation and privacy.

*The villa (including the dependance) is not equipped with air conditioning, a deliberate choice made to preserve its original architecture and the natural ventilation encouraged by its proximity to the sea. All rooms, particularly the bedrooms, feature designer ceiling fans, quiet and efficient, carefully selected to harmonize with the style and character of the house. A discreet and elegant solution that ensures comfort while respecting the villa’s authentic identity and its naturally fresh atmosphere.

Our properties are not hotels and do not have a reception desk active 24/7.

However, we truly value the opportunity to welcome you in person, as we believe every stay begins with a warm smile and a handshake. For this reason, check-in takes place in person between 4:00pm and 9:00pm.

Knowing your arrival time in advance allows us to organize everything smoothly. Since we manage multiple properties, any delay may cause other Guests to wait. Punctuality is a simple yet meaningful gesture that allows us to offer every Guest a warm and timely welcome.

Please notify our Booking Office of your flight or ferry arrival time at least 72 hours in advance via message or email, so we can schedule an appointment for key handover with a Sardinia Chic team member.

For evening arrivals, a supplement of € 100.00 applies for check-in after 9:00pm . All requests for late check-in must be confirmed by our team.

The Contract

Upon arrival, you will be asked to sign the rental contract, required by law, for short-term tourist stays.

Deposit

The refundable deposit of € 1.0000,00 should be paid by credit card at check-in. It is fully refundable at check-out unless damage is caused to the House.

The Tourist Tax

The tourist tax, excluded from the total stay, is applied in accordance with municipal regulations where applicable. Please note that the Municipality of Villasimius requires the payment of a tourist tax to be paid on site. From 1st March to 31st October, € 1,00 (One/00) per person for every night (10 years are excluded). The local council tax has to be settled directly by the Guest to the Property Manager Agency, and must be paid in cash during check-in operations.

Villasimius is considered the pearl of the south-east of our island, its coastline is formed by a wonderful variety of beaches, interspersed with small cliffs and the promontory of Capo Carbonara. The most famous beaches of the coast are Porto Sa Ruxi, Campus, Campulongu, Porto Giunco, Punta Molentis, Simius, Spiaggia del Riso and Timi Ama beach. In town, there are numerous supermarkets, local markets, local crafts shops, shops, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, but also banks, post offices, petrol stations, medical guards, etc.
