Seagull Shack is a two-storey cottage in Morfa Bychan, Gwynedd. The accommodation includes a kitchen/diner with electric oven, double gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and dining seating, along with a sitting room and a separate dining room. The bedrooms comprise two super-king-size rooms with Smart TVs, one with a balcony and one with a Juliet balcony, a ground-floor king-size bedroom with Smart TV and Jack-and-Jill access to the bathroom, and a triple bunk bedroom with Smart TV. There is a ground-floor bathroom with free-standing bath, handheld shower, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC, as well as a separate shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Central heating, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, pergola, furniture, hot tub, and barbecue, along with off-road parking for two cars and an EV charging point. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Note: CCTV is present to the front of the property but will be switched off during guests’ stays. Note: The ground-floor bedroom and bathroom have wheelchair access.
