Nestled in the Sierra Nevada, our townhome is surrounded by nature. As is common in mountain environments, you may occasionally encounter insects or small wildlife. We take regular preventative measures, but occasional sightings are a normal part of the Tahoe experience and are not considered a cleanliness issue.

Beach Access
Access to Incline Village's private beaches may be available through optional daily guest passes, subject to availability and applicable fees. Please inquire before your stay if you would like more information.
