Upscale 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo in Incline Village

** Incline Village beach access is no longer available to guests. Beaches outside of Incline Village may be open; visit the Tahoe Public Beach website for details. **

Looking for the perfect North Lake Tahoe getaway? This quiet end unit condo is equipped with everything you need for a memorable vacation. Inside this home, prepare full-course meals in the well-equipped kitchen complete with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, dine together at the table for six, and then huddle up around the gas fireplace on chilly nights. Additional amenities available to guests include a shared hot tub, sauna, pool, electric vehicle charging station next to the rec. building.

Our unit has wifi, smart tv’s with HULU live ap, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, washer and dryer and gas fireplace. Beach chairs, beach towels, games and puzzles. Everything to make you feel at home.

What’s nearby:
Beaches:
Sand Harbor and Kings Beaches are 10 minutes away. There is a new trail to Sand Harbor 3 mile long bike path that is spectacular, very close to the beautiful Monkey Rock hiking/mountain bike trail.

Ski Resorts:
Diamond Peak Ski Resort is the closest, being a 5 minute drive away. The resort offers economical pricing, convenience, and some of the most beautiful views of the lake! Mt. Rose is 20 minutes, Northstar about 30 and Palisades/Heavenly about 40-45.

Additional Locations:
The Hyatt casino is a 10 minute walk and both the Championship Golf Course and Mountain Course are 5 minutes by car. You will also find several restaurants, bars, and shops in the area. There are many things to do in Incline and throughout the Tahoe area.

Two vehicles maximum are allowed per unit, per stay. Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. Cyndi, the owner was very communicative and helpful with information about the property and the amenities and the area as well. The townhome is well appointed, clean very comfortable for a family of 5 an infant. The area there is so quiet and peaceful! We even used the pool and hot tub, which was lovely as well. We would stay here again for sure. Thank you for helping to make our family vacation very comfortable, memorable and enjoyable.

Updated and convenient

Would absolutely stay again.The kitchen was beyond well stocked with glassware, dishes, and silverware.The pool area was very nice, I’m not sure if the pool was heated, but it was very nice and the kids loved it.Bedrooms were nice, bathrooms were updated, and furniture was comfy.It was walking distance to Bowl Incline which was perfect for walking home after my big birthday bash.

We loved our stay at Incline Village. The location was close to restaurants, grocery stores, and the lake. The beds were comfortable and the house was well appointed with every thing we needed. I appreciated the easy passcode! It's a lovely place, I would come back again!

Was the perfect 3 days of skiing and snowmobiling quite part of complex but so close to everything. Perfect for our family of 4 and a lived in unit that I prefer. Thanks for a great family place for N Tahoe!

We absolutely loved the place! Everything is crafted with exceptional quality, and the house is fully equipped with every detail you could need, from the kitchen to the living room and bedrooms. We would definitely book it again for our future getaways.

Perfect in every way!

This home was wonderful! Exceptionally clean and well stocked. You can tell great care is taken with every aspect of this home. The location was ideal. We walked everywhere and enjoyed meeting the locals. They each suggested their favorite restaurants and we were never disappointed. We will definitely return!

Beautiful home with everything you might need.

Beautiful home! If you enjoy walking, Incline Village and Beach are both walkable; just watch out for bears. We saw a nice size bear in a wooded area just outside of Starbucks.

Great Incline Village Condo

The condo exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully furnished, comfortable and homey. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed. The location is perfect to walk to the beach, as well as being close to the village for shopping and restaurants. Just fabulous!!!!

Lovely stay and great location

The condo was nice, well equipped and decorated. Everything you'd need was there - fully equipped kitchen, clean towels, even a wine fridge. Great location in Incline - close to Lakeshore Drive, shops and restaurants.

Wonderful stay

We have stayed at this complex for the past 6 years and this was probably our favorite condo. Updated kitchen and bathrooms were very nice and the kitchen was fully stocked with basics, fulls sets of cookware and dishes. Too often we find the bare minimum and it is hard to cook meals at home. Kids said the couch was super comfy! Very communicative and nice owner. Will stay again!

4th of July weekend

We had an amazing stay. We rented three different units in the complex. This unit was by far the nicest one out of all of them. We will definitely be back for ski season.
