Colourful house with two gardens in Valby

You live in a three-story house, where each floor has its own character. The ground floor features a kitchen and dining area with light yellow walls that bring warmth and color into the space. From here, there is direct access to both the front and back gardens—and in the summer, the doors are left open so that indoors and outdoors merge into one.



On the first floor is the living room with large south-facing windows that fill the room with light. Here, the colors are more subdued to create a sense of calm, and the walls are decorated with pictures and ceramics. At the top of the house is the bedroom, designed with a focus on good sleep, and the bathroom. The walls are painted in beautiful colors, and natural materials are used throughout.



Outside, there is both a front and back garden with direct access from the ground floor – perfect for breakfast in the sun or dinner under the open sky. The house also has its own parking space.



Valby offers many wonderful experiences. Valbyparken is close by with a nature playground and sandy beach, while Kulbaneparken offers activities for all ages. At Grønttorvet, you will find Plads23 with events and community activities, as well as cafés such as Café Samvær. Along Valby Langgade, there are specialty coffee shops such as Impact Roasters and Thiemers Antikvariat & Kaffebar. The metro and S-train are close by.
