Historic villa in olive grove near Lake Garda

You will stay in a historic villa surrounded by a 12,000 m² park with centuries-old cypress trees and olive groves in Gardone Riviera. From the villa, you will have a breathtaking view of southern Lake Garda with Isola del Garda and the bay of Salò. The villa was carefully renovated in 2023 and is secluded in the Alto Garda nature reserve.



Inside, you will find modern design with furniture by B&B Italia and Cassina, as well as artwork by Francesco NEO. The ground floor features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area of 140 m² with French doors leading to the terraces. The first floor houses the bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a covered terrace with lake views that can accommodate 8-10 people.



The garden and terraces offer lounge areas with sofas, sun loungers, and a private pool among the olive trees. The pool offers fantastic views of the lake. The outdoor dining area offers lake views and a table for 8-10 people. You also have access to a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, so you can enjoy your meals outdoors surrounded by nature.



Gardone Riviera on the western shore of Lake Garda combines the charm of the Belle Époque with Mediterranean flair. Palm-lined avenues, citrus scents, and elegant beach promenades with cafés provide the backdrop for your stay. Take the ferry to nearby towns, visit the Vittoriale degli Italiani, or explore the region's vineyards. There are beautiful hiking trails here all year round.
