場所、場所、場所!!! カマオレI、II、III、チャーリーヤングビーチ、ケアワカプビーチなど、南マウイの白い砂浜から直接通りを渡ります（美しい白い砂浜が長く続いており、たくさんのウミガメやクジラがいます）。 素晴らしいゴルフコースに近い。 美しいワイナリーのビーチとウォータースポーツのあるワイレアショップとビーチまで車ですぐです。 ワイレアビーチの小道まで車で近く、ウォーキング、ランニング、美しい朝の日の出や夕焼けをお楽しみください。 私たちのコンドミニアムは、Cビルのマカイ（海側）端にあります。 ビーチの柔らかい砂につま先を沈めるまで、ドアから歩いて2分です。

赤平喜平は、緑豊かな熱帯の景観に囲まれ、2つのプールエリアにはガスグリルとテニス/ピクルボールコート、エレベーター、ガス器具、エアコンがあります。

Spacious condo. Excellent location. A couple of minutes walk to the Kamaole Beach II. It is awesome for swimming and just hanging out. Overall, a great stay. We highly recommend.

Perfect piece of Paradise

We absolutely loved this condo...great location right across from Kameole II beach. Walking quick drive to multiple shops and restaurants. Our original condo cancelled on us 5 weeks before our vacation started..this was a a blessing in disguise as we were able to book this condo and spend our week here. Great communication by owner and property management company! Office staff very helpful as well. We will definitely book here again!

A special Place with an ideal location

This condo was clean & attractive, with an ideal floor plan. It had everything one needs in a home away from home. We really enjoyed the balcony over-looking a very pretty court yard & even a slice of ocean-view. We were glad for the beach chairs & washer & dryer. We would highly recommend this very special place & would love to stay their again.

Great location and comfortable!

The location was awesome. We were walking distance to a few beautiful beaches where we could swim and watch the sunset. There were also ample coffee shops/restaurants walking distance. Besides the outstanding location, the room was very clean and comfortable :) It had all of the amenities we were looking for - AC, comfortable bed, parking spot, washer/dryer, balcony. Definitely would stay here again!

The property was very clean and inviting. The grounds were beautiful. You’re right across the street from the beach you can spend hours on. Many shops and restaurants in walking distance. Will definitely come back to this location again,

Perfect Location in Kihei

The property was at the perfect location. Beach is just across the road. Lots of restaurants around. Property was very clean and well maintained. Check in process was very smooth. Property images were very accurate. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Kihei.

Great condo, great location, great experience

Our stay at Dava and Pete's condo was outstanding. We have stayed at the Kihei Akahi Condos several times over the last 25 years and always appreciate the location and experience. This year we felt like we were a guest in someone's home and truly enjoyed their welcoming hospitality. The C Building has a great location: to the pools, the beach, parking, and the gardens surrounding it. We highly recommend Dava and Pete's home away from home.

Prime Location in South Kihei

I was able to catch the sunset daily with a 2 minute walk to Kam II which is a great spot. Far less busy than the other nearby beaches as there is not parking lot and makes a huge difference. Delicious food and drinks are within walking distance. This complex is very quiet, the pools are a great reprieve from the sandy beach, and the onsite security is a bonus. Overall an excellent location. The unit had everything needed for a short or long visit.

Perfect place for our Babymoon

Lovely spot with an absolutely perfect location. Easy to get to beaches (and sunrise/sunsets), great food and grocery options, and quiet area. We appreciated the book of local menus and recommendations. It was also fantastic to have the washer and dryer access, as well as vacuum and other amenities so it was a true home-away-from-home but with all the perks of lovely Maui.

This condo is in a very convenient location in Kihei with restaurants, beach, and shopping within walking distance. If you are looking for quiet but friendly neighbors, this is the place for you. It was very clean and comfortable.

Birthday Trip!

Dava and Pete are amazing hosts! Their place is very cute and clean! They had everything we needed for our stay. Dava also gave me a list of wonderful places to go for my birthday! The location was perfect for dining and right in the middle of some of the best beaches along the coast to walk too. We would visit a different one almost daily. Perfect!

Awesome location with the beach two minutes away just as advertised. Snorkeling was pretty good too. We saw a sea turtle right off the rocks there! Everything was very convenient. We were close to good eating and shopping And everything we needed for the beach was provided. We would return to stay again.

Wonderful place

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. It has everything you need for your Maui vacation. Beach chairs, cooler, etc. It's short walk to the beach, gift shops and restaurants. The condo is clean and nicely furnished. The owners were very helpful in answering any questions we had. If we go back to Maui we will hopefully be able to stay there again. It is the perfect getaway place.

We started coming to Maui, Kihei in particular, over 30 years ago. There is no place like it. We hope to share our second home with people who will also come to love this island and to love our home over the years.

Well, close to great beaches on the sunny side of Maui. Kihei is a real beach town, a place where couples and families feel at home. Wailea is close by if you want some high end pampering. The beaches are amazing and beautiful in Kihei. Restaurants and shopping are plentiful in Kihei. We also love the proximity to great golf courses.

We purchased this condo to use as our second home. That being said, each time we come to the condo we improve it and maintain it like our own home. We have an on island emergency contact who will be your contact from check-in to check-out, as a primary contact to assist you if you have a problem while at our condo. We have a highly rated cleaning company who meets our expectations, which are high. You will see when you arrive the care we have taken to make it a comfortable and relaxing place to enjoy your vacation in Maui.
