Furthermore, the complex has a large communal area with a swimming pool, garden and lawn around it, ideal for enjoying as a family.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

- Group bookings and pets are not accepted. The apartment is rented exclusively to families or couples.

- Air conditioning available only in the living room. Bedrooms have fans.

- Wi-Fi included throughout the stay.

- Seasonal outdoor communal pool, open during the summer months.

- The washing machine is located in the bathroom.

- Ideal accommodation for families with children thanks to its excellent location and peaceful surroundings. Unbeatable location for walking to both the beach and PortAventura and the centre of Salou.

- The tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices, located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours before arrival, including the details of all occupants required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and to complete any outstanding payments. Otherwise, key delivery cannot be guaranteed. The agency will contact guests beforehand to provide all necessary information.
