Located in Nigüelas, a tourist-designated village south of Granada, the house combines traditional Andalusian character with carefully selected handcrafted décor, where wood, stone, and clay create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Located an easy 10-minute stroll from the heart of the village where you will find bars, restaurants, the library, museum and gardens, a Coviran, bakeries, pharmacy and cash point.The property offers spacious areas designed for comfort and relaxation. On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living room with a cast-iron woodburner and air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with direct access to the patio and swimming pool, as well as a full bathroom with shower and understairs storage.

Upstairs is the sleeping area, featuring three rustic-style double bedrooms with traditional wooden ceilings, the main bathroom, and a magnificent sunny terrace with beautiful views over Lecrín Valley and the sunsets of Sierra Nevada.
