Thank you for your review. We're glad you enjoyed the peaceful location and found it perfect for exploring Napa. We look forward to hosting you again in the future.

Glad you enjoyed your stay! We're happy to hear that the property was exactly as described - clean and comfortable - and that you appreciated the coffee. Many of our previous guests have shared similar positive experiences, and we'd love to welcome you back again.

We're glad you found the space comfortable and well-equipped! We aim to provide a pleasant stay for all our guests.

Thanks so much! We're thrilled you enjoyed the cozy atmosphere.

Thank you for your review. We're glad you found the property suitable and appreciated the communication with management. While we do offer hotel-style amenities like a small fridge and microwave, we also have units with full kitchens for those looking to cook. Our laundry facilities are conveniently located nearby. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to strive to meet the diverse needs of our guests.

Thank you for your feedback. We're disappointed to hear about the room's cleanliness and noise concerns. We'll definitely address these issues with our housekeeping team. While staffing at Silverado is beyond our control, we appreciate you letting us know about the slow service. We'll pass this on to help improve the overall experience there. We hope you'll consider giving us another chance in the future, so we can show you the improvements we're making.

Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate you highlighting the positives: the clean room, easy check-in, adorable Nespresso, and private patio. We apologize that the towels and toiletries fell short of expectations. While we stock starter supplies, some guests prefer to bring their brands. We'll consider larger towels based on your feedback. Parking can be busier on weekends, but we can offer additional options. Regarding the pool access, we understand the disappointment. We'll investigate the availability of the closer pool and we will inform the resort to ensure the designated pool is properly maintained. Thank you for your insights!

We’re sorry to hear that your stay wasn't what you expected. We take cleanliness very seriously, and we have high standards for our housekeeping staff. Our team has thoroughly inspected the unit and found no evidence of the issues you described. We have also had many previous guests who have had a positive experience and enjoyed their stay.

We're really sorry to hear your stay didn't meet your expectations. We aim for every guest to have a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and it sounds like we missed the mark for you. We want to clarify a few points based on your feedback. Our property listings clearly detail the amenities and room configurations available. We understand how important it is to have accurate information when booking, and we strive to represent our rooms as precisely as possible, including the specific kitchen facilities (or lack thereof) and square footage. We continually review our listings across all platforms to ensure accuracy. Regarding the bathroom fan and shower faucet, that's definitely not the experience we want our guests to have. We have a dedicated maintenance team that regularly checks all our facilities to ensure everything is in perfect working order. We're looking into what might have caused these issues during your stay to prevent them from happening again. We've welcomed many guests who have had wonderful experiences in our rooms, often highlighting the cozy atmosphere and convenient amenities for short stays. We genuinely value all guest feedback as it helps us improve. We're always working to make our check-in process as smooth as possible, and we'll take your comments about the information provided to heart. We regret that you felt the need to leave early and that we weren't able to resolve your concerns to your satisfaction during your stay.

Hi Clare, thank you for your feedback. Just to clarify on the issues you mentioned. 1 - Yes, each unit has a central heater with a thermostat you can control in the room. It needs to be controlled by the remote we provide. I am glad that my local property manager could explain you on site how to use it. 2 - We checked the unit and the plumbing works perfectly. 3 - We inspected the carpet and didn't notice any stain. The cleaning team I hire is highly trained with 5 stars resort. I wish you had contacted us before you checked out to address any cleaning issue you noticed.
