ACCOMMODATION SUMMARY: Ground Floor: Porch: A practical and welcoming entrance area, ideal for storing walking boots, coats, and outdoor gear before stepping into the main living space. Living Room: A comfortable open-plan sitting area featuring a plush sofa and armchair, a Freeview Smart TV with DVD player and Chromecast, and a charming electric log-effect fire — perfect for cosy evenings in. Kitchen: A compact yet fully equipped kitchen comprising an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher — everything you need for relaxed self-catering. Please note the washing machine is located upstairs in the bathroom cupboard.
First Floor: 11 Carpeted steps with a handrail. Bedroom: A beautifully appointed double room featuring a sumptuous king-size Emma mattress, bedside storage, a wardrobe, and lovely views overlooking the private garden below. Bathroom: A well-appointed full suite comprising a bath, separate shower cubicle, washbasin, and WC. The washing machine is conveniently housed in the bathroom cupboard.

THINGS TO NOTE: Occupancy: Clover Cottage accommodates up to 2 guests. Infants are warmly welcome; however, guests must bring their own travel cot and highchair, as these are not provided at the property. Pet Policy: One well-behaved dog is permitted at an additional cost of GBP20.00. Your dog must be kept on the ground floor only at all times and must not be left unattended in the cottage. Dog bowls and throws are provided for your pet's comfort. Please be aware that whilst the garden is enclosed, it cannot be guaranteed to be escape-proof for particularly adventurous dogs. Parking: Strictly limited to one vehicle in the dedicated private off-street space. Bed Configuration: The king-size bed is a fixed double and cannot be converted into twin beds. Arrival Days & Minimum Stay: Arrivals are available only on Mondays or Fridays. A minimum stay of three nights applies. Smoking & Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited throughout the property, both indoors and outdoors. What's Included: Bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi are all provided, along with a starter supply of guest consumables to get you settled in. EV Charging: Electric vehicle charging is not permitted at the property.
