The apartment is situated on the ground floor and enjoys direct access to a private panoramic terrace that\'s furnished with a table, chairs, and an umbrella. The perfect setting for a slow breakfast, an evening aperitivo, or a quiet night under the stars. There\'s also a shared swimming pool with countryside views, a BBQ and a garden that\'s ideal for reading, sunbathing, or unwinding.

The property\'s characterful, air-conditioned interior features many original features, including a cool terracotta tiled floor, rustic wood-beamed ceiling, and exposed stone walls. Guests can relax in the cosy living room, furnished with a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, and featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto the shared terrace and garden.

The separate, eat-in kitchen is fitted with a dining table, a Moka coffee machine, an oven and a Cooker Hob. This space overlooks the pool and enjoys direct access to a private terrace.
