About the alarm system, it is stated in the welcome letter sent to every guest that you must contact us 30 minutes prior to arrival for us to disarm the alarm system. We did not receive the call, so the alarm system was not disarmed upon arrival and we apologize for the inconvenience that may have caused. Thanks for choosing our home and we hope to see you again!
