- Spacious and modern townhouse over 2 floors with free parking and private garden.
- Open plan living, sleeping up to 4 persons. Short and long stays available.
- Located in the village of Milton just off the A14 with direct access into Cambridge city centre.
- Close to the Science Park, Cambridge North station and a Tesco Superstore.
- Perfect for pleasure or business with superfast wifi and modern amenities.
Relax and enjoy this bright and spacious 2 bed townhouse in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. It has been furnished with well thought out pieces throughout, to create a relaxing and comfortable stay here in Cambridge. Free on-street parking is available with direct access into the city centre.
An ideal location for business, family and leisure stays. Features a fully equipped kitchen and a large private garden that is fully fenced. Local shops and public transport are a short walk away, with direct access into the city centre, and many of Cambridge’s historical sites and colleges.
SLEEPING:
Main Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed with built-in wardrobe and a working desk.
Second Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed and a built-in wardrobe.
The bedrooms have fresh bath and hand towels for each guest, with basic toiletries provided for your stay.
Main bathroom with own bath and shower is next to the bedrooms.
CHILLING:
Well appointed open plan living/dining area with a 32 inch Smart TV and all your favourite Streaming Apps available. Own account required to stream. Large private garden and patio area. There is also a dedicated workspace for working from home, and a super fast wifi connection.
EATING:
The well equipped kitchen is generously sized, and kitted out for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, electric hob and a fridge-freezer. Smaller appliances include a microwave, toaster, and a kettle. There is also a washing machine available for personal use.
PARKING:
There is a dedicated free parking space on the driveway in front of the property that is available for guests to use. There is also free on street parking in front of the property that is available for guests to use if you have more than one car. This is a quiet street so generally no problem finding a parking space.
OUT AND ABOUT:
Located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood in North Cambridge in the village of Milton. We are just off the A14 and A10, with direct access into the city centre and good transport links nearby. There is a Tesco Superstore nearby and it is a short stroll to 3 local pubs (5 mins). Local bus direct into the city centre is 5 mins walk, and it is a 6 minute drive to Cambridge North station or the Cambridge Science Park. There is also a kids playground nearby (2 mins walk).
This is the perfect location if you want to be close to Cambridge, but away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoying the village life.
My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.
There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for contact details.
Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay.
The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required.
We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay.
- We do not allow parties, events or gatherings of any kind and have sensitive neighbours
- Smoking in the property is strictly prohibited.
- Extra guests are not allowed.
- Superfast Wifi over 100 Mb
- Pets are not allowed
- Should we discover any areas of concern about the cleanliness of the property after you check out, you may incur an additional cleaning fee.
- Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire at a cost of £50, or £30 each on their own. Please request during your booking for delivery to property prior to your stay.
- Please remove shoes while inside the property and leave in entrance hall.
- We provide basic toiletries for your stay. We also provide a washing-up pack, and washing machine pods, toilet rolls and kitchen roll. If more is needed during your stay there is a nearby Tesco supermarket minutes away.

You will sleep and stay knowing they guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. They also provide 24/7 guest support and a locally personalized service before and during your stay.
The locally based team of Pass the Keys® in Cambridge have personally inspected my home and certify it has met the Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
