Upon check in we were informed king non smoking was not available and got queen non smoking. Entered room and had a smoke smell. Then after using bathroom the toilet overflowed and we decided it was not for us. We headed home instead of staying the night. Still waiting to hear from owner to get refund. Management at inn stated he authorized the refund due to issues.
