The apartment has two bedrooms, both with plenty of natural light. The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom features a single bed and a practical work area with a desk.
Important note: The property has internet access, but the speed is limited due to the lack of fibre optic coverage in the area, and is therefore only recommended for basic tasks.

This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the accommodation (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form which will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy on utilities will apply with an included limit of €80.
For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and bin bag.
Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
