Property Details
This 40 sqm apartment sits on the 3rd floor without an elevator. The living area features a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and dining table with chairs, and doubles as a comfortable work-from-home space with fast Wi-Fi suitable for video calls.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator, stove, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, full sets of dishes, cutlery and cookware, plus pots, pans and utensils.
The bedroom features a double bed with a superior-quality mattress. Professionally laundered bed linen, comforters, pillows and bath towels are provided for each guest.
The bathroom, accessible from the hallway, has a shower, toilet and sink, and is stocked with a hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet rolls to start your stay.
A clothes washing machine and drying rack are available, along with an iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom.
The apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitised before each arrival. Heating is provided throughout winter. There is no air conditioning — portable fans available on request, subject to availability.
