Additional Loft Sleeping Area
The property also benefits from a small loft sleeping area accessed via a pull-down ladder from the main bedroom. This space includes a double fold-out bed and can be useful for additional sleeping arrangements.
Please note that this is not a conventional second bedroom. Access is via a pull-down ladder only, and the loft has limited headroom.
For this reason, the loft space is only suitable for guests who are comfortable climbing a ladder and using a loft-style sleeping area.
If you require two standard bedrooms, have mobility concerns, or would prefer to avoid ladder access, this property may not be the most suitable option.

Please note: The property is situated near a railway line, and trains are visible from the bedroom window. The convenient location offers excellent transport links, though light train noise may occasionally be heard.
*Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down between 10pm and 8am
*No house parties
*No smoking allowed
*No pets allowed
*Please remove your shoes inside the property
*Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed beforehand
*Please do not move furniture
*All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure
*Failing to return keys to the key box will result in an extra fee of £90
*Losing a set of keys will result in an *£150 charge to get them replaced. (*The penalty charge may be more if we need to get the locks changed.)
We provide our guests with a `home away from home` experience. Therefore, we would really appreciate all our guests to leave the place as close to as how they found it. Any excessive mess that requires our cleaners to go beyond the standard check out clean (changing linen, preparing the property for the next guest and restocking of general house supplies etc.) will be charged to the guests. Please also note that we will charge a penalty fee of £500 if any of our house rules are broken.
