There’s much to do on or in the water, too, whether you enjoy fishing, scuba diving, kayaking, paddleboarding or a boat trip. The golf course is 3.5 miles away, and there are zip lines and more at Adrenalin Quarry, 7 miles away. For a change of pace, Lanhydrock House and Garden, one of the National Trust’s finest, is 15 miles away, while the Eden Project is 22 miles away and the chic harbourside town of Fowey is 23 miles away.

From your private front door, head down the steep steps to reach the apartment’s open-plan living space. You’ll immediately be drawn to the beautiful bay window, which offers views over the rooftops to Looe Harbour – a lovely setting for special meals together. Soft seating for two provides space to relax and unwind after busy days outdoors, and there’s a Smart TV on which you can stream your favourite programmes. A compact but cleverly designed kitchen area includes granite worktops and high-quality appliances. The bright and airy king-size bedroom is spacious and tranquil, with ample storage, a soft carpet and a lovely view from its bay window. Completing the interior is a sleek shower room, with a generously sized, walk-in shower.

Although the apartment doesn’t have any designated outside space, it is just moments away from the vibrant heart of West Looe and all its amenities. Parking is in the public car park, about 500 metres away, although it is possible to stop outside for a short time in order to load or unload luggage.
