The living area offers a lounge with a fully equipped kitchenette including a dishwasher, microwave, and everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes. From here, you can step out onto a charming private balcony furnished with a table and chairs—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

For your absolute comfort and relaxation, you will find everything you need: air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and a very convenient laundry unit with a washer and dryer. Bed linen, towels, and, for those traveling with children, a baby cot and high chair are also included.



The apartment is in a strategic location that allows you to walk to the Vatican Museums and explore all of Rome in just a few minutes, thanks to its immediate proximity to the subway.

Just a few meters from the house, you will find supermarkets, breakfast bars, pharmacies, and shops of all kinds. Furthermore, the street is famous among food lovers: just a one-minute walk away is the world-renowned Pizzarium Bonci, considered one of the temples of pizza by the slice in Italy. The Vatican Museums and the stunning St. Peter's Basilica can be reached with a pleasant 10-15 minute stroll.

The real strength of this location is its accessibility: the apartment is located less than 100 meters (a 1-minute walk) from the "Cipro" Metro A station. This allows you to reach Rome's main attractions in just a few minutes, without worrying about traffic.

Here is how to reach Rome's most famous landmarks from the property:

-Vatican Museums and St. Peter's: On foot. A pleasant 10-15 minute walk will take you right to the entrance of the Museums or St. Peter's Square (alternatively, it is just 1 metro stop from Cipro to Ottaviano).

-Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, and Villa Borghese: Metro A. Take the metro from Cipro (Anagnina direction) and get off at Spagna (just 4 stops, approx. 7 minutes). From there, the Trevi Fountain and the main shopping district are just a short walk away.

-Colosseum and Roman Forum: Metro A + Metro B. Take Metro A from Cipro to Termini station (6 stops), then transfer inside to Metro B (Laurentina direction) and get off after just 2 stops at Colosseo (total travel time: approx. 20 minutes).

-Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and Campo de' Fiori: Bus. You can take a direct bus (Line 492 or 70) from near the Vatican, which will take you straight into the heart of the historic center.



Tourist Tax: €6.00 per person, per night (up to a maximum of 10 nights). This tax does not apply to children under 10 years old and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Late Check-in: For arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM, there is an extra fee of €30.00 to be paid in cash upon arrival. After 11:00 PM, check-in is not possible without prior agreement and is subject to availability.

Airport Transfer: Upon request, a private driver transfer service can be arranged to take you directly to or from the airport (additional fee applies).
