Whole light and spacious apartment with beautiful valley views, close to beaches

Valley View Haven is a light, spacious, colourful full apartment on the outskirts of Kingsbridge, with lovely panoramic views from the balcony over the valley below. It is 15 mins drive from numerous beautiful beaches: Bigbury on Sea and Burgh Island, Bantham surf beach, Thurlestone, South Milton sands, Hope Cove, Soar Mill Cove, Sslcombe and Bolberry Down. 35 mins away are East Prawle, East Portlemouth and Gara Rock. We are 15mins away from the scenic Devon Coastal Path and 35 mins from Dartmoor.
The apartment has vaulted ceilings throughout with velux windows, and plenty of natural light. It is very homely and comfortable with lots of amenities. Great for access to the beach, or relaxing at home on the balcony.
It has a full utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and xtra cupboard space.
There is access to the balcony from bedroom 1 via large sliding doors, as well as from the spacious lounge, which also has a juliette balcony overlooking the valley.
Sky channels, incl sky sports, are available on the TV, along with Netflix, Amazon Prime and more. There is also free fast wifi.
We have a solar system, with batteries, which on a sunny day produces 100% of our electricity, so we are self-sufficient at these times.
The apartment is newly built and completely ready for guests. We are still making improvements to the outside of our property, ie gardening, decorating etc, but won't do any of this during guests' stay.
