Hunstanton is a bustling family-friendly resort with a range of entertainment including a Sea Life sanctuary, crazy golf course, a leisure centre, and beach front gardens. Holkham Bay, meanwhile, is a beautiful wide stretch of sandy beach which is backed by pine trees and sand dunes and makes up part of the expansive estate belonging to Holkham Hall.

The front door of this property opens directly into the lounge, an attractive room with a cosy feel which has a comfortable sofa and two armchairs, allowing guests to enjoy the Smart TV and Dimplex log effect fire. To the rear of the room, a door leads through to the kitchen/diner, which has been finished in a country style and can seat, 5 with the additional chair from upstairs, and an oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, and dishwasher. A second doorway from the lounge leads through to a double bedroom which has been beautifully finished with an excellent range of co-ordinating furnishings, whilst there is also a ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower and WC. The remaining two bedrooms are situated on the first floor, the first of which is a delightful double room, the other being a restful single with low-level cottage-style windows. The bathroom on this floor has been finished in a chic contemporary style and offers a sumptuous roll-top bath, a separate shower cubicle, and WC. This traditional cottage comes with its own unique charm and characteristics which do include a lower doorway downstairs and areas with restricted headspace upstairs.
