I’m sorry to hear you weren’t happy with the furniture and beds. We’ve had some guests ask us where we bought the mattresses from because they found them so comfortable. I suppose you can’t please everyone but I hate to hear you didn’t find them satisfactory. My property manager is great though and thank you for acknowledging him.

I'm really shocked to see a negative review for an experience we tried to make enjoyable for you. When you reached out regarding the pots and pans, I happily offered to buy a new set and have my property manager drop them off. You replied, "thanks but no thanks for your offered help". It seems unfair to leave a bad review about the pots and pans - warning people to bring their own- when you turned down my offer to replace them. I'd also like to mention you were the first guests I've had complain about my pots and pans. The guest room has a queen-sized mattress on top of a platform bed. As explained to you when you reached out, this type of bed is common and does not require a box spring. We even sent you a photo of the bed from the manufacturer's website, which was styled with no box spring - to help you understand that this was not unique. You then told me you'd "traveled the country and had never seen a bed like that" and then referred to my bed as "substandard". You also eloquently told me, "We are old people but not midgets". Again, first complaint I'd received from a guest who had no idea what a platform bed was and accused me of providing something substandard. It wasn't until your review that I found out you had an issue with the cleanliness of my condo. Had I been made aware, I would've tried to resolve that for you as well, although I suspect my attempts would've been denied. Rarely do I have issues come up with guests, but if they do, we pride ourselves on working immediately to remedy the situation. Leaving a negative review about something you wouldn't let us fix is not only unfair but a warning to all other hosts about what type of guest you really are. Hosts, beware. And to any potential guests who are reading this, we did replace the pots and pans, so no need to bring your own :)
