This spacious family home is located in the charming village of Batheaston, just outside of Bath. You'll enjoy a peaceful neighbourhood, with local shops and a fabulous cafe close by while being just a short drive or bus ride from Bath's iconic cultural and sporting attractions, excellent shop, restaurants and bars. The surrounding countryside offers beautiful walks along the Avon & Kennett Canal or Solusbury hill, making this the perfect location to explore the best of both worlds.

The welcoming interior is bright and modern, and sleeps up to 8 guests across five well-appointed bedrooms.

Downstairs there is a twin room, a WC and shower room. A large living room with 50" TV, dining space and a fully fitted well equipped kitchen.

Upstairs leads to a further four bedrooms, 2 king and 2 doubles, with share of the family bathroom.

The house benefits from a stunning garden with a fabulous decked and sandstone terrace, with electrically operated canopies, the ideal space for relaxing and entertaining .

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
