We had a great stay at this property. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It was conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to get around, and there was plenty of parking available. Communication with the host was excellent—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would gladly stay again.

JoAnn’s place was amazing. Perfectly clean, nicely done, and had everything we needed. The pull out bed on the couch was very comfortable. I believe there were tenants upstairs, but we never heard them. JoAnn was also wonderful and very accommodating. Would love to stay here again anytime we are in the city! Thank you!

Parking was easy to find. It does get cold at night, so the space heaters were helpful to keep the bedrooms warm.JoAnn was very accomodating with check in and out times.

This lower level apartment was very clean and the shower was beautifully tiled. The kitchenette was quite small, but we did not need to cook with the great food of San Francisco all around us. The weather is sometimes chilly but the space heaters were just right for the rooms. The neighborhood is really nice and quiet, and truly there is always a parking space available just near the house. It is a sloping street, but the spots are large. A muni line is nearby but we had rented a car for a family wedding weekend so we didn’t try it this time. The host was super helpful and communicative.

JoAnn's property and her hospitality were exactly as other guests described in their reviews - exceptional. The street parking is easy, the residence is spacious, super quiet, it feels very private. The patio outside was a wonderful addition for us as we had wetsuits to dry and late afternoon cribbage to play in the warm sunshine. JoAnn was immediately responsive when we had a question about the TV and had the perfect ratio of hospitality while supporting our privacy. Whole Foods, Target, Trader Joe's and Sports Basement are a 10 minute drive at Stonestown Galleria. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. Fully stocked kitchen, well appointed bathroom and shower, loads of couch space. Great flow to the whole place. My daughter did the Escape From Alcatraz Triathlon and I wanted a place exactly like JoAnn's - still in the city, straight shot to downtown/the Marina, peaceful and quiet, and very comfortable.We will definitely stay with JoAnn again. Thank you for everything!

My husband, teenage son, and I loved our stay! Everything you need in a great location. We enjoyed all of the restaurants and shopping located nearby, and it was very easy to get a ride share into Downtown and other places of interest. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay. What a perfect location. A short 20 minute MUNI ride and your downtown. Local restaurants at west portal were amazing and headed back to these for dinner most nights . Seven Eleven within walking distance .Property was spacious and very comfortable for 4 adults. Lots of extras at this property and communication and instructions were perfect. Had to change dates an JoAnne was very accommodating. The appartment is at ground level under the main house. I thought this might be noisy but very quiet.Our bed was so comfortable and cosy had the best nights sleep ever.Took some great walks around the area and met some great locals . Very safe neighbourhood. Fantastic stay would certainly rebook this perfect place again and again.Thank you

Great spot in a fun neighborhood!

This place was ideal for our stay in San Francisco. It is very clean and spacious, the beds are comfy, and there is plenty of room for meals and hanging out. Convenient and quiet, but also close to lots of shops and restaurants in a very cute neighborhood.

Long weekend getaway before cruising out of Dan Francisco

Great host communication, darling 1st level apartment, perfect location. Easy to walkabout with markets, restaurants and entertainment nearby. The unit has everything you will need for a home away from home. Would definitely stay here again.
