Completely modernized charming Studio in the West End of Provincetown: literally 10 mins walk from EVERYTHING (that matters ….) Part of a row of 4 ex fisherman dwellings in a private quiet cul de sac with a peaceful shared yard…totally new appliances including in-unit washer dryer, oven, microwave, a/c coffee maker, and barbecue grill. Brand new sleeper sofa, Cable TV with + Internet. One dedicated parking space.
This is the first time we have rented out this unit,..... hence all the new fixtures and fittings We prefer weekly rentals, Saturday to Saturday, but please message us as there are times periods where we can be more flexible with the days HEATED AND FULLY WINTERIZED FOR COSY FALL & WINTER BREAKS. ....A FEW DATES STILL AVAILABLE INC CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR

Small space as advertised. The murphy bed was comfortable but, when down, created really tight spaces with the other furniture. we made it work fine. The shared courtyard area was not really usable due to debris. It would be nice it that was cleaned between guests. the smoke alarm batteries were corroded and it kept chirping. we finally disabled it. the in-unit washer and dryer was very handy!!

Convenient location with a dedicated parking spot. Recently added Murphy bed with a great kitchen area. Check-in was a breeze and the host answered all questions promptly. I would stay here again.

Everything was perfect! Couldn’t get any better being steps away from our bike rental at Gale, minutes from the beach and all the restaurants we could ask for. Perfect visit!

Great little place

The place is perfect for one or two people. Wish there had been curtains on the windows to make the space dark but other than that, I can’t complain.

Great Location

Charming cottage with a nice yard and very centrally located. A dedicated parking spot was a nice bonus. Perfect for two.

Comforting Little Getaway!

I spent a week at the studio and everything was terrific. The furnishings, design, and appliances are super modern. The unit comes with an AC and ceiling fan. The shower has great water pressure — everything was truly perfect for my stay. Even the pull out sofa bed was surprisingly comfy (it's soft with a little dip in the middle, but there are mattress pads to help). The owner was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any and all questions. I hope to return again!

Cute little place

Cute little studio with a pull out bed. Looks exactly like the picture. Everything you need is provided. There is also added topper for the bed, which I loved and needed. With windows open you can hear the back neighbours very well but it is only during the day. Quiet at night. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect P-town Studio

I had a wonderful stay at this perfectly located west end studio in P-town. It was exactly as advertised and a cozy spot with plenty of space for me as a solo traveler or even a couple. Check-in/check-out we’re a contactless breeze. Would definitely stay again.😀

Great for a bare-bones get away

Had a great time at this location. Wonderful having a parking spot and host made it easy to go about and do our thing while on vacation. Place was pretty sparse (no pans, door was missing a curtain, pull-out bed was in major need of a more supportive mattress), but we weren’t picky and able to make do! Loved eating outside and being able to do laundry. About 15 minutes walking to the hub of downtown.

Perfect Getaway Space and Loaction

Not only was the space properly advertised but Roger communicated all timely and efficiently. The space was perfect for my quick work/r&r getaway. It has all the amenities anyone could need and is close; yet far enough from Commercial street. The location was so convenient! The patio seating area served great for vibing, while the kitchen and oven was the ideal space to cook when a friend of mine came by. From the flowers outside, to the cleanliness inside; Roger provided a picturesque welcoming studio perfect for a solo traveler like myself. I will definitely come back with my partner or a friend. Thank you so much for making my trip so worth while! I will be back. -Geff
