We split the two units with our son and his partner, which was a great set up. One drawback is that each unit has a gated area around either the pool (Unit A) or hot tub (Unit B). If you want access to both, you need to rent the entire duplex. The management company was extraordinarily responsive to any questions/issues during our stay. The BBQ was new and spotless. The hot tub was perfect and the pool warm without being like bath water. While the bathrooms are small and could use some updating, they were fine unless you are really into cosmetics. The location is perfect! You are in a decent neighborhood, with every need accessible within 5-10 minutes by walking or golf cart. If you are soaking up the ambience of Old Town, there's no need for a car. The rental company arranged for a golf cart to be waiting for us at the office on arrival, and it was picked up at the duplex the morning we departed.NOTE: Accessibility-there is one step onto the porch and it's pretty high. Inside the units there are no grab bars in the bathroom and there is a decent step into the shower. The toilet is not "comfort height". There is no problem with getting around in the unit, but the bathrooms would be cozy for a walker and impossible with a wheelchair. BYO toilet riser if needed.

Awesome!

This duplex is in a great, quieter location but an easy bike ride to anywhere! My husband and I stayed on one side and my 2 young adult children stayed on the other. Property was clean and rental office staff were super-friendly and helpful. Will be back!

Convenient compound with pool

Very easy to access, nice pool, good divided space for parents and teens with separate entrances. The quality of the house was decent but not brand new- a bit dated but furnishings were contemporary. Pleasant front porch. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and tools but could use a few upgrades on pans/pots. A/C worked well and plenty of hot water and towels/linens. Grill was a great addition. Overall very pleasant. Only things we weren’t that happy about included the airplane noise and because of construction, a lot of rerouted traffic going by. Nothing to be done. There are prettier areas and fancier homes to be had but for it’s pool and convenience with a cart or car, we liked it a lot.

The the pool area is perfect for lounging, the landscape makes it totally secluded and you feel like you are on a island by yourself. You can walk to all the sties on the island (10 mins) or take a $10 Uber. We will surely be back again.
