Kallie’s Korner was a magical place for our family! It’s a beautiful home with plenty of room for everyone to have their space. Spotless and well stocked this home also has multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy including 2 screened porches, a fenced backyard with fire pit, an open front porch and large open upstairs porch with a giant bed swing! The house location is perfect for everything you want to do. We really enjoyed having use of the golf cart and bikes. The management company was perfect- great communication etc. Wonderful that each bedroom has its own bathroom! We will most definitely return!

We had a wonderful day with our family. The home is very cozy and beautifully decorated. The fasted area was perfect for our dogs. The location to downtown Seaside is just minutes away. We loved having the golf cart as well. Definitely recommend we will be back!

Highly recommend this property!

The house was on a quaint street and easily accessible to the beach via the provided bicycles or golf cart. Everything was super clean and we loved the floorplan. The primary bedroom and bath were perfect and also had a private patio that was ideal to work and have coffee in the mornings. The front patio with dining table was great for breakfast or dinner while getting to say hello to the passers by. We loved everything about this house!

i would recommend to others !

loved the location, cleanliness and layout ..the bikes could use a bit of attention (air in tires and upkeep) , the golf cart was perfect ! had one ac issue but made one call and they were there to fix it and it worked perfect after that

Wonderful home in the best location!

We had the best family vacation last week at Kallie’s Corner. The house had everything you could need. It was clean, fully stocked, fresh towels, and had wonderful porches (screened and not screened) to enjoy during our morning coffee time or evening wine time. Highly recommend this home for your family to enjoy!

We absolutely loved this house! Because of this stay, we would love to recreate this house for our own! The rooms, layout and overall appearance made for a wonderful vacation home! Loved the location, golf cart and screened in porches! We will be back!

What a fantastic compliment. The owners just recently painted the outside and renovated all the bathrooms. This home is truly a showcase plus it has a golf cart which is so nice to use to get to the beach. We are also very please you found the home clean and that you complemented our company on our Service. We want to make sure all guest have a fabulous time on vacation. So we go the extra mile. Great place!

Such a cute place, wonderful backyard for our dog. Loved the fire pit and free golf cart too. Walk right out the front door and to the tennis center, camp watercolor, or seaside in just minutes. Had a maintenance issue and they solved quickly! Would absolutely be back.

Last minute trip

We decided as a family to make a quick last minute trip to Watercolor before Christmas. Have never rented a pet friendly home but was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the property. Will rent again!

Great location near Camp Watercolor

House was perfect for our family (4 adults and 3 kids, plus our furry friend!). Great porch areas to relax, nice big table to eat as a family. Golf cart worked great and was super convenient to be able to get around the Watercolor area and Seaside. Loved that our kids and the grandmas could walk to Camp Watercolor, and even to Seaside using the nearby trails. House was clean and just as advertised. Would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful Watercolor

The house was comfortable with lots of room. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely porches to relax and read. Great bikes and golf cart. Cute doggie photos.

this was a great place to stay with a group of friends. Great Outdoor Curtains

We liked the property. We were disappointed that the golf cart would not charge. This property is quite a distance from everything, so there was a lot of going back and forth in the car which is not ideal when visiting the beach. .

During COVID-19, all of Florida has had to meet the challenges and repair on all golf carts because golf cart businesses have been closed prior to the season. We are grateful for your stay and we realize any problems with golf carts can complicate the logistics of moving around 30A easily. We apologize and are confident that all the kinks we have faced this season with golf cart issues will be straightened out for future stays.
