My family had a great week at this house. We really enjoyed the pool area and the house size was perfect for our 6 person trip. We also loved having use of the gem car to travel around 30a. I would highly recommend this house as we will plan to stay here again in the future.

This home was wonderful. Very spacious. And we especially loved the screened in porch and the huge yard, pool and hot tub! Scott is very responsive if you have questions or anything that needs to be addressed. We really enjoyed our vacation in this home.

Super responsive and kind host, location was excellent and close to everything we wanted in a great little neighborhood, heated pool and hot tub were so nice to have with kids during winter, bikes and golf cart were icing on the cake! Loved it all! Thank you for sharing your property with us.

Overall we really liked our stay! The size of the pool was amazing with little kids we just had a couple things that could have been better. The screen door in the back was broken and the screen was flapping, as well as the grill was unable to work. We also had difficulty with the tv’s very hard to get them to work consistently. But the communication with owners, pool and close beach access were great!

sorry the latch stopped working during your stay. salty air can be tricky. got it fixed asap. tv and grill were user errors. could have helped had i known. glad you enjoyed your stay otherwise.

This place was perfect. The location was great, the house is spacious, and lays out perfectly for twoFamilies to each have a master and the kids stay in the bunk room. Unfortunately, while we were here it was either raining or in the 30’s so we didn’t get to use the MASSIVE pool, but we spent a lot of time in the hot tub. The host was very accommodating for us as well, again, it was 10 out of 10 and we are definitely coming back here to stay next time we are in Seaside!The host also has a bunch of bikes and a golf cart for rent as well. They just make it so easy to show up and enjoy yourself!

This home was wonderful in every way. The floor plan was excellent with very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool was perfect and very private. Our dog loved the fenced in backyard. Scott was very accommodating and always available to answer questions quickly. We would definitely like to rent it again on our return to Santa Rosa Beach.

This was our third summer staying at this home, and we couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend it for any family looking for a relaxing getaway. The neighborhood is peaceful, and it’s just a short, easy walk to the beach. During our stay, the beach access was never crowded, which made it even more enjoyable. The private pool was a great bonus after a full day in the sun. The host is fantastic and dedicated to making sure your stay is perfect!

Perfect vaca!

This was the perfect house for my family. We wanted a quiet neighborhood but close to the beach and Seaside which was exactly where this property is located. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The golf cart was a huge plus with a toddler. 10/10 recommend!

Seaside Stay

This home was perfect for our family's gathering...close to the beach, a heated pool, comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, a golf cart and bikes! We will certainly consider coming back to this property.

I have always loved Seagrove and my family has lived or owned here since the 1980s. I now own four houses here and feel there is no better place on 30a to enjoy the best of everything it has to offer. It's just close enough to be convenient but not in all the traffic and noise. We also have the highest elevations, the quietest and open beaches, beautiful Live Oaks, and located right in the center of highway 30a within a mile of Seaside. I am a full time resident and take pride in providing a very high level of service to my guests that most property management companies cannot compete with. I take very good care of my properties and refresh them annually and try to make sure everything is in good working order.

I just got this house in 2018 and completely renovated it including walls, new flooring, paint, appliances, counter tops, cabinets, every hinge and piece of hardware, and all new furnishings and linens. The back yard is huge and so is the pool. Very quiet place and very close to everything.
