サンディオールへようこそ、この伝統的な湖の家は、湖水地方に14の宿泊施設があるこの魅力的なコテージで、素朴な洗練を味わっています。 松や流木の自然な色合いに、赤いアクセントをあしらい、リラックスした洗練された雰囲気を作り出しています。

リビングエリアでは、断面ソファがDVD付きのスマートフラットスクリーンテレビに面しています。 隣接するダイニングエリアには8つの丸テーブルがあり、広大なキッチンアイランドに5つの追加席があります。 グルメキッチンには、御影石のカウンタートップ、ステンレス製のデュアル燃料レンジ、エスプレッソトーンのカスタムキャビネットに合うパネル前面の冷蔵庫と食器洗い機が備わっています。

ロマンチックなマスターには、テレビとDVDが隠されている戸棚に面したキングアイロンベッドが備わっています。 専用バスルームには、ベンチシート付きの大きなウォークインシャワーと、花崗岩で覆われた二重の洗面化粧台���あります。 また、メインレベルには、テレビとDVDを備えたクイーンベッドルームがあり、浴槽とシャワーの組み合わせを備えたホールバスに加えて、洗面化粧台が1つあります。

2階には2つのベッドルームがあります。1つはクイーンベッド、もう1つはビルトインツイン寝台が2セットあり、棚付きの大きなクローゼットがあります。 両方の部屋にはテレビとDVDが備わっています。 クイーンサイズのベッドルームに隣接するウォ��クインシャワーと洗面化粧台を備えたホールバスを共有しています。

最近完成した馬車小屋には、4人用の寝室があり、マスターにはクイーンベッド、クイーンスリーパー、効率的なキッチン、屋根付き駐車場があります。 寛大なポーチと屋外の座席がゆったりと会話を誘い、屋外のファイヤーピットは夜遅くの火事の素晴ら��い家族の思い出を提供します。 ザフロッグプールなどのコミュニティレクリエーションエリアはわずか1ブロック先です。

Excellent place to stay in the heart of watercolor. Very quiet area where it felt like we were by ourselves sometimes away from the crowds of 30A. Definitely would come back and stay.

The house was exactly as pictured. Clean, beautiful, and plenty of seating for all of us! The neighborhood was beautiful and having the bikes was a huge gift!

It was mediocre

We rented for a family Christmas vacation. When we arrived the house had some trouble getting into the property and some cleanliness issues. The property management was very responsive and helpful. Overall the property was a little run down. The dishes and utensils in the kitchen were sparse and some of them broken. We even replaced some. Overall not a bad location or property just could use a little bit of love and care.

This home was great for our family of 6 - plenty of room to spread out and the location in Watercolor was very handy.Oversee was quick to fix one minor maintenance issue.Everything from bikes, to amenities (including chapstick) was perfect. When we showed up slightly early they communicated well and let us know when the cleaning crew was clear so we could unload our luggage after 11 hours in the car.We'll definitely consider this property again.

Loved the porches, and the separate carriage house for our teens. Only reason not a 5 star was because we felt like some info from the Rental Company-- about towel services (covid?) garbage policies and how to recycle-- was lacking. The house needs more glassware and plates since it sleeps 12. We only had 8 glasses and were constantly washing dishes. Only negative so I'd say it was a fantastic vacation!

Reviewer Comments: House was not cleaned properly - we arrived to an oven with remnants of chocolate chip cookies all over the grates (which we had to clean), crumbs on the couch, an outdoor shower full of used towels, partially used bar of soap and bottle of shampoo. Also, the toilet in the master bedroom didn’t work.

Loved the high ceilings in the living area and the large round table for meals and game nights. The kids loved the carriage house! Our only suggestion is to stock the kitchen with more dishes, glasses, cookware, and utensils. During COVID-19 restrictions we cooked and ate in more than we usually do when visiting 30A. Having additional kitchenware items would have made this more convenient. Otherwise, this is a gorgeous home in a super location (it's a straight bike ride to the beach!)

We always stay at the Sandy Oar when we visit Watercolor. The house is in a perfect location to enjoy all the amenities of Watercolor and the beach. The house is thoughtfully decorated, clean (even the grill), comfortable, well maintained with a fully stocked kitchen. Our kids loved the cute bunk room. The furniture, especially the round dining table, make quality time with family and friends easy. We will visit the Sandy Oar again!

The house interior was dated and a bit tired. I requested replacement light bulbs three times due to lights out. No replacements ever arrived. The house exterior was moldy and there was a lot of rotten wood all around. Some had been fixed in a slap-dash fashion and looked junky. Several pieces of wood disconnected from the stair due to rot. The trip was fun. The house was sub par. I would not book it again and based on my experience w the rental company and never getting replacement bulbs, I think I would seek a different rental company, too.

The Sandy Oar and Watercolor community was just perfect for our family. The house was great, new grill was used a lot, the convenience of the pools, beach and having the bikes made it all so much fun. We would definitely stay again!! The bed in the carriage house could use a new mattress. That is the only thing that did not meet 5 stars.
