We just love staying here. Kids play all day, pool or ocean, bike rides, walks and golf cart brings so much joy to our stay.

Super cute bungalow.Beautiful pool area.Very clean & has everything you need for cooking a meal & enjoying your stay comfortably.Use of golf cart was great for getting around the island.Management was friendly & check in was so easy!

Fantastic

Absolutely fantastic stay! We did a girls trip but I would happily bring my children to stay here. Only things I would add are a long body mirror and more hooks to hang towels, bathing suits, etc.

Beachy and Beautiful

We had a lovely stay on AMI. The cottage was just as described and had everything we needed. Pool and grill were definitely a bonus. Super short walk to the beach at Bean Point and Rod n Reel to grab a great breakfast.

Our second stay…

We really enjoyed our first and our second stay at Jimmy’s place! The place is fully equipped and is very comfortable. We really enjoy using the bikes and the golf cart! I love how close it is to the beach area where you can watch the sunrise and the sunset!

Great location in walking distance of Rod and Reel Pier. This is our second stay at this property. Bikes, kayaks, paddle boards and golf carts included, well maintained.

This was our family's 3rd time at this property and It won't be our last. We love everything about it. Short walk to beach did not bother us.

Spring Break

The location, the pool, the golf cart. It’s great to have pool and beach essentials at the rental since we flew in and took a car service to the island. Everything was perfect for our family vacation. Thank you! We hope to be back next year.

Great Birthday Weekend

My family rented all three cottages for my daughters 13th birthday. It was nice to have all three to be able to spread out and enjoy the pool with just the family. Everything was clean and comfortable. Golf carts were very convenient to have to buz around town. Very short walk to the pier to see a great view of the Skyway bridge.
