Diane was awesome but so many of the items in the house were not working when we got there. I would suggest a punch list to go through before guests arrive.

Absolutely Amazing!

I stayed at this incredible home for Stagecoach with five friends to celebrate my birthday, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was even more beautiful in person than in the photos—spacious, spotless, and with stunning views that made every morning feel like a dream. The location was ideal—close to everything we needed but still peaceful and private. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and everything about the experience was seamless from start to finish. HIGHLY recommend this home for anyone visiting the area. We’re already talking about coming back next year!

Great time --

Really nice house that was well stocked to make you feel at home. Glassware, dishes, towels, even spices in the cupboards! We had a blast and will be back.

Thanksgiving 2024

We had a great time. The home is beautiful. The only couple things are you cannot see the golfers as they go by unless you stand, some of the cooking sheets are old, and the couch seems a bit worn for the price we paid to stay. Loved the outdoor fire pit and chairs and the pool was fabulous. Beds are amazing. Blinds in master won’t stay up so those we needed to tie to curtains. Other than that it was a great choice for my family. Yvonne is awesome! Thank you Spanish Bay

Perfect Family Trip

We spent 5 days in La Quinta and this house was great. It had everything we needed - 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom, large kitchen with all the necessary supplies, grill, and a pool. Everyone in our party had a fantastic time. Thank you Yvonne for making this a great stay…we will definitely look to book it again.

Fun in the sun

Property was very nice and well stocked with just some minor issues which were resolved quickly. Great pool. One issue was dirty windows. The living room area was clean, but the kitchen was not. The window over the sink was cleaned half way up.

Winter Getaway

This property is outstanding. Great views. The house is well appointed, especially the kitchen which has everything you need for a long stay. Perhaps most importantly, the service at this house was impeccable. Every time we asked for something or had the slightest issue, the managers handled it quickly, efficiently and personally. We could not be happier with the house and hope to stay there again soon.

Lovely stay for spring break!

Great house and perfect for our large group. Clean and totally functional. Kitchen is well stocked. Owners were super flexible as we had some last minute changes to dates and guests. Overall a great stay!

Great location!

We had a fabulous time. It was really fun to be able to watch the golfers on hole 10 out in the backyard and then jump in the pool to cool off. Home was spacious and well stocked. Management was wonderful to work with. We hope to be back again in the future!

Outdated, broken pool lights and nonfunctional jacuzzi

Most pots and pans were stained and dirty. Jacuzzi was broken. Would turn on for 1 min max and turn off. Contacted them and was told that the temp would be adjusted but never worked. The pool lights were also not functioning.

Lovely house

We stayed at Spanish Bay and the house was great! The pool is lovely and overlooks the golf course but is still private. The main bedroom is large and the whole house is well stocked.

Beautiful property. Quiet and elegant.

The house is right on the PGA West golf course, but it is screened with hedges to allow for privacy. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. We enjoyed the pool, the pool table, the hot tub, the living area with the big screen TV and much more... We will definitely plan on staying here again.

Perfect Stay-cation

This is an incredible property for three couples. Everyone had their individual space with the most beautiful living and outdoor area to gather in. You cannot miss the amazing views of the mountains from sunrise to sunset. I can't say enough about how wonderful the hosts were before and during our trip. We let them know about a small issue after we checked in and someone was at the property within the hour to address. Amazing service and home!

Nice getaway home

This was the perfect home for our family. My husband and nephew love to golf and were able to golf on the course behind the house. The kids were in the pool morning and night along with the rest of us. The air conditioning went out in part of the house, I text Yvonne and within 3 hours, the air was fixed. Yvonne is available anytime with answers to questions and any issues with the house. She’s great. We will definitely go back to this property.

Lovely neighborhood and home!

This property would be perfect for a short or long term stay. We spent hours next to the pool and enjoyed a long weekend with our adult children. Without hesitation, I would consider this again in the future!
