Perfect for a weekend getaway!

Great stay!

The house worked great for our family of 7 plus infant. Many amenities including keurig coffee, filtered water, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Good neighborhood.

Great stay!

Returned 3 years after we had first stayed and everything worked well again. Love the location for proximity to what we wanted to do on vacation. House setup worked well for our kids to have their own spaces.

Vanessa was awesome when VRBO tech difficulties arose the day of check--in. It was the perfect property for our family vacation. Clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed while making great memories exploring the area!

Fabulous for Families

We loved this property from the moment we arrived. The space is inviting and there were plenty of restrooms and beds to make sure my husband, I and our daughter were more than comfortable. The beds are amazing and we got great rest each night and greeted the day happily. Vanessa reached out to ensure we were happy and all was well a few times and ultimately this spot made the entire week worry free.

Loves up to expectations

We had a great host who made sure we were well cared for. We were in town for a wedding so we did not spend a lot of time in the house, but it was comfortable for all and did not disappoint. If we ever come to KC again, we will look for this property 1st!

The location was great for my family. It was very clean. The only negative was the fireplace didn't work. The beds were crazy comfortable. It was nice to have extra space with family in from out of town.

Excellent Location

My daughter was competing at the Overland Park convention center. It was an easy drive from this location and there was plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The property manager was responsive and assisted us promptly. Some of the furniture is different than what is pictured but still well put together. Overall we had a great experience.

The house was everything we expected

The layout was great for our group, plenty of seating and beds. Speaking of beds, they were really comfortable. We loved that they had a pack-n-play and high chair, as well as laundry. The house is old, but in good condition. The kitchen was well stocked including coffee pods. Paper products were plentiful. The only thing we missed were washcloths.

Belated Christmas over the New Year!

Our family group enjoyed the property. We had enough room for a little Christmas tree with gifts and was able to entertain us all for the New Year. The cost was very fair and handled our group just fine. We prepared several meals with the kitchen. If we have the need again, we will come back!
