Everything was nice. View is amazing even though condo is across the street from the beach. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the TV. Definitely suggest an instruction sheet on how to use the remotes for watching cable and local news stations. Also, I would suggest an instruction sheet regarding check in and check out procedures posted on refrigerator. Best wishes,Elise

Would definitely come back again! Great views, easy walk to beach access. Clean, bright condo. Nice that each bedroom has a sliding glass door to the balcony.

Great location and beautiful place!

We had so much fun staying here! Central location with lots of great on site things to do, beautiful pickle ball courts, fishing pier and gym. We will definitely be staying here again, thanks for everything!

This was our second year staying at Ron’s place, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The condo offers spectacular views of the Gulf from the 11th floor and is conveniently located near plenty of restaurants, shops, and public beaches - including a designated dog beach, which was perfect since we brought our two dogs. We really appreciate that the property is pet friendly and can’t wait to come back again! Major shout out to Casey for working with me as I tried to schedule our travel dates. See y’all in 2026

Best view in Pensacola Beach

This condo is awesome! The people in the building are very friendly and the owners Ron and Casey are great! I would stay here every time i go to Pensacola. You have a view of the ocean from every room.

November getaway

We loved the condo. The balcony was so large and wow what a view. It had everything that we needed and was decorated nicely. The grounds were very pretty. There was lots of grass which we love and so did our dog. Would definitely stay again.
