South Harbour 11 C is located in the heart of Pensacola Beach. Amazing views, walking distance to nearly everything Pensacola Beach has to offer. Park and play at its finest. Gated community with private pool and beach. Very large balcony with amazing views for morning coffee and evening sunsets.
Amazing 2 BR, 2 bath Gulf View Condo that sleeps 6. Condo is located on the 11th floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexcio, Villa Sabine Bay and the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk. Countlees restaurants and activities such as charter fishing, dolphin and sailing cruises as well as numerous activities for the kids all within walking distance. Located directly across the street from Casino Beach and the Pensacola Beach Pier. Free trolley is available May - September.

All rooms equipped with flat screen TVs and Uverse

Such a lovely condo! Very clean, very well stocked with all essentials for a stay away from home. Walking distance to the beach, stores, and many options to choose for lunch/dinner. Be sure to check out the Baja Coastal Kitchen. Katie and Greg are phenomenal. 100% will be back.Be sure to drink you some coffee on balcony.

What a lovely location! First, the communication with the owner was excellent and prompt, and the directions were very clear and helpful. The view from the balcony is worth the price alone, but the unit is very nice, very well furnished, and very comfortable. We would love to stay here again if we return, and I can't recommend the unit highly enough. Plus, you're right across the street from the center of activity for Pensacola Beach. You can easily walk one way to the beach or the other way to the shops.

The condo fit the 5 of us comfortably. We had a gorgeous view of the ocean. Enjoyed the pool Almost everday we were there as well as the Beach which was so close to walk to everyday. Highly Recommend!

The location was right in the center of the main area of Pensacola, allowing you to easily walk both to the beach and to the stores. We really did not have to drive our vehicle to do anything. The hosts were wonderful, they checked in on us and made us feel welcome in their place. My husband and I were thankful to be able to stay in their wonderful place fir our anniversary.

Great location

Great location for walking to the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. Great views, clean space, comfy beds. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great Condo

This was the second time we stayed at this condo and we plan on coming back again. The owners are wonderful to work with. The condo’s location is great and is walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We highly recommend staying at this condo.

Best Quick Beach Trip!!

Had a wonderful spontaneous beach trip to Pensacola. It was our first time and we loved it. Definitely will be back. Condo is absolutely PERFECT!! Can’t beat that bay view in the morning and evenings!!

Excellent stay in Pensacola Beach

The condo is well stocked and the layout is superb. The location is in the center of the action but minutes away from remote beaches. Highly recommend the beaches at the nearby national seashore. Greg is an excellent host and we will be back.

This is our beautifully decorated, peaceful home away from home. You are sure to love it as much as we do. Centrally located on beautiful Pensacola Beach FL. Steps away from the famous sugar white sand and the Gulf of Mexico. Private beach and dock behind the condo. Private , gated pool. Walking distance to 90 % of the restaurants, bars and outdoor activities that the island has to offer. Fully stocked kitchen that allows for meal preparation. Large private balcony to enjoy beverages and meals , enjoy sunsets or simply relax and take it all in. Absolutely stunning views throughout the day.
