I LOVED this house. I wasn't sure what to expect as the photos were meh. I know I was looking for something with a cabin feel that would sleep the 8 of us (3 adults and 5 kids/teens).
I was blown away. The location was in close proximity to Bear Mountain. Close enough to drive for a quick drop-off; and close enough for the kids to walk when they got up before we did and didn't want to wait for us to hit the slopes. The game room was modest and had everything for everyone. The entry-level had boot and mitten warmers, coat hangers, and a bucket for wet items; washer/dryer; room with bunkbeds; queen bedroom; and full bath. The stairs led you up to the living area with tv, fireplace, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cutlery, pots/pans, plateware, Bakewell, strainers.. pretty much everything we needed to cook everyday. The pantry had items like cooking spray, salt, pepper, other seasonings, coffee filter. Some items I can tell were left by past guests. We were fine with using them as long as they weren't expired. We even left the bottle of olive oil and coffee we purchased. From the kitchen is the king master bedroom and full bath. The deck from the dining area had a table and grill, and small view of the slopes. Our pup enjoyed the backyard the most; especially because the neighbor had a friendly dog who would come out and say hi everyday. Unfortunately, we only had one night to use the hot tub and it was amazing.
Loved loved loved this house and looking forward to staying again.
