Nestled in the peaceful Grasshopper Flats neighborhood of West Sedona, this super-clean, updated guest house offers the perfect retreat for relaxation and adventure.

Wake up and catch an inspiring long view of Thunder Mountain or sip coffee on one of your private patios. After a day of exploring, unwind under the stars in your own private hot tub.

Key Features:

Prime Location: Just a short walk to the Adobe Jack trailhead for hiking/biking, plus numerous restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment options nearby.

Private & Peaceful: A dedicated guest house with its own driveway, entrance, and private outdoor spaces, separate from the main house.

Modern Comforts: Enjoy central cooling/heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, a large Smart TV, and a stackable washer/dryer.

Well-Equipped Kitchenette: Features an electric hotplate, microwave, refrigerator, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, pots, pans, and dishware. A large stainless-steel BBQ is also available on the patio.

Outdoor Amenities: Two private patios with seating, a private hot tub, BBQ, and firepit.

Sleeping Arrangements:
• Bedroom 1: Queen bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress and a choice of pillows (feather, memory foam, polyester). The bathroom is accessed from this bedroom.

• Bedroom 2: A second bedroom is available for couples requiring separate sleeping spaces. Please note, both guests use the bathroom accessed via the master bedroom suite.

The place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. Everything was set up, and it was a perfect place to come back to after a long day out. We stayed here without a car and it was totally fine. We used Groome Transportation and Uber, and getting around was super easy. Would definitely recommend this place!

The kitchen did not have an oven, only a cooktop. We bought pizza before we realized it and then couldn't cook it. Otherwise everything was fine, clean and the host was very helpful and attentive.

Hi Jody and thanks for the review. We truly appreciate it. Indeed, the guest unit offers a kitchenette not full kitchen, so double hot plate, microwave, and fridge freezer are included. There's also an infrared barbecue grill on the patio and we do our best to share these details in the listing . Given the home's proximity to many restaurants we find a lot of guests don't actually cook much at all, so the kitchenette works fine. I apologize if you were expecting a full kitchen but I'm glad that it worked out for you overall.

My friend and I had a great girl's trip and really enjoyed the property. The home had everything we needed and wanted and was very clean. It was obvious someone had really thought out what someone traveling would need as the house was well stocked. The location was great too!

Loved our stay!

We loved our stay here! The space was perfect, clean and comfortable. The hot tub was a nice way to unwind. Convenient location. We were thrilled to find an outdoor art market set up the weekend we were there just a few hundred feet away.

Great place to relax.

Del is from the UK and Shel from Midwest USA. They met in Ohio and started a new adventure together with a move out West and never looked back!

Shel and Del have owned property and lived in Sedona since 2011. They love Sedona and what it has to offer, especially hiking, mountain biking, and the dark night sky allowing stars and planets to be easily viewed with the naked eye. Shel and Del enjoy sharing their local knowledge with visitors, offering a concierge approach to the vacation rental experience.
