Nestled in the peaceful Grasshopper Flats neighborhood of West Sedona, this super-clean, updated guest house offers the perfect retreat for relaxation and adventure.

Wake up and catch an inspiring long view of Thunder Mountain or sip coffee on one of your private patios. After a day of exploring, unwind under the stars in your own private hot tub.

Key Features:

Prime Location: Just a short walk to the Adobe Jack trailhead for hiking/biking, plus numerous restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment options nearby.

Private & Peaceful: A dedicated guest house with its own driveway, entrance, and private outdoor spaces, separate from the main house.

Modern Comforts: Enjoy central cooling/heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, a large Smart TV, and a stackable washer/dryer.

Well-Equipped Kitchenette: Features an electric hotplate, microwave, refrigerator, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, pots, pans, and dishware. A large stainless-steel BBQ is also available on the patio.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Overall, everything was great! I really wish there was a full size stove/oven, but we made it work. The outdoor space with hot tub was wonderful. Sedona is always wonderful, and the location of this home made the town easily accessible.

This was easily the cleanest Vrbo we have ever stayed in! Everything was spotless, well taken care of, and in perfect working order. Nothing was broken or worn out, which made the whole stay feel incredibly comfortable and stress-free.The beds were probably the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in at a rental. The hot tub was also extremely clean and was a great bonus after a long day.The property was easy to get to, and everything about the stay was convenient and well thought out. Honestly, we were amazed at how affordable this place was considering how nice and well-maintained everything was. You could tell the owners take pride in the property and actually care about their guests having a great experience.We’ve stayed at quite a few vacation rentals, and this one really stood out. Everything was perfect, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

From our side as the Host, the only fee included in your payment to VRBO is a nominal cleaning fee. There is a separate additional Guest Service Fee added by VRBO which it retains. It's our understanding that all guest costs are line itemed in the invoice for transparency. I encourage you to reach out to VRBO to discuss the matter if you feel this was not the case for you.

We had a fantastic trip! The house was absolutely perfect! Everything is exactly as described. House was clean, check in and out was easy, lots of amenities, very close by to the grocery store and any of the fun stuff that you wanna do while you’re in Sedona! I cannot rave enough about our delightful stay at the zen hideaway. Del and Shel clearly take pride in their property. Extremely clean and such comfortable beds and linens. The art work is amazing too-perfectly curated and several very nice touches around the property that we appreciated. They have all of your needs covered! Convenient location too-walkable to many restaurants.

Zen Hideaway is hands down the most comfortable best equipped VRBO we have stayed at. Proximity to Everything Sedona has to offer was perfect. Quiet location on the west side gave the feel of being a local. Loved the hot tub after a long day hiking. Del was very helpful and pleasant on the phone and made the check in process easy. I highly recommend this VRbo if you’re lucky enough to find it available!

Loved Zen Hideaway! It was a perfect location, close to hiking trails & a short drive (20 mins with traffic) to the uptown shopping area. Loved all of the decor & details. They were thoughtful in the design & amenities. It was quiet & enjoyed the hot tub after the hikes. Perfect for the two of us. I would highly recommend Zen Hideaway & would stay here again!

Del is from the UK and Shel from Midwest USA. They met in Ohio and started a new adventure together with a move out West and never looked back!

Shel and Del have owned property and lived in Sedona since 2011. They love Sedona and what it has to offer, especially hiking, mountain biking, and the dark night sky allowing stars and planets to be easily viewed with the naked eye. Shel and Del enjoy sharing their local knowledge with visitors, offering a concierge approach to the vacation rental experience.
